General Conditions
All matters concerning this booking shall be subject
to English Law.
We may, at our discretion, require any person to
withdraw from any tour if we deem their behaviour offensive or of a nuisance to
other passengers and we shall have no further liability.
Tour Changes
Each tour operates subject to suitable environmental
factors (such as weather and road conditions) and maybe cancelled without prior
notice. We will offer you an alternative time slot at your convenience or a full
refund (maybe in credit note form).
Plymouth Discovery Tours reserve the right to alter
the tour route with out prior warning if conditions beyond our control prevent
the advertised tour running. If you are unhappy with the changes, passengers can
claim a credit note, or change of time prior to the departure of the tour.
Please be aware that tours may last longer than
advertised due to road and weather conditions, and may affect other arrangements
you have planned.
Tour Departures
Please be at the Royal Corinthian yacht club no
later than 10 minutes before your scheduled departure time. Seating is first
come first serve and cannot be reserved.
Tickets
Tickets are non-transferable. Refunds are not given
for missed departures. If you are delayed due to circumstances beyond your
control we may offer you an alternative time if you contact us before the tour
departs. This is at the management's discretion.
Pre-paid
vouchers or tickets to travel obtained from an unauthorised source, stolen,
copied illegally or counterfeit will be seized and cancelled without
compensation. No travel will be permitted.
The
ticket to travel remains the property of the company and must be made available
for inspection by the driver, guide or any official of the company on demand.
For
'Print at Home' bookings please ensure you have a working printer before
proceeding, as you will need to print your voucher. Please print and bring it
with you on day of travel. NO TICKET NO ADMISSION.
When validating 'Print at Home' vouchers the customer must show the relevant
Credit Card. or valid photo ID of
the "Lead Traveller", whose name is printed on the tickets.
Refunds
The company may offer a credit note or an
alternative tour date instead of a monetary refund.
Refunds cannot be given after a tour has departed.
Refunds are only permitted for the following
reasons:

Accident or Loss
Plymouth Discovery Tour Ltd will make every effort to maintain a regular and
frequent service, but does not guarantee to do so. Plymouth Discovery Tour Ltd
shall not be in any way liable to the ticket holder for loss, damage,
inconvenience or delay in consequence of any failure, alteration, suspension,
cancellation or termination of service.
Lost Property
Please take all your belongings with you when
leaving the bus. Plymouth Discovery Tours cannot be held responsible for
property left behind. Any lost property will be held for 48hours or less for
perishable foodstuff other item
will be disposed of after 1 month. Plymouth Discovery Tours reserve the
right to open bags to identify the owner.
