 Charlie a well to do Victorian gentlemen harbouring a wicked sense of humour, he has been created by the wonders of modern technology.  Charlie recreates Plymouths historical architecture sadly no longer with us today, either because of the blitz or the ravages of time. He will give you the opportunity not only to view but to experience the sites as if they were still with us today.
